Marius Penczner has been a nationally recognized Director/DOP & media consultant over 20 years.


In the early days of  MTV, Penczner began his career as  Director/DOP for Ardent Studios/Memphis and Flashframe Films/NY where he directed over 60 music videos for artists like The Everly Brothers, Bar-Kays, Allman Brothers Band, Travis Tritt and ZZ Top whose Penczner-directed “TV Dinners” was nominated in the first MTV Music Video Awards.


Penczner has also produced and directed spots and entertainment projects with a wide range of CEOs and celebrities like Lance Armstrong, Joe Torre, Bill Gates and Bill Ford along with corporate imaging campaigns for FedEx, Holiday Inns, CBS, Tennessee Tourism, Save Our Environment and the Freedom Awards for the National Civil Rights Museum.


As a media consultant, Penczner has worked for candidates at every level, including Gov. Jim Blanchard of Michigan, Gov. Don Sundquist of Tennessee, Rep. Harold Ford, Jr. and Rep. Emanuel Cleaver of Missouri.


As a member of the 1996 media team for the Clinton/Gore re-election campaign, Penczner took on one of the most demanding jobs in politics: responsibility for the cinematography of the President, as well as creative/visual design of many campaign's ads.


In 2000, Penczner reprised that role as a member of the media team for the Gore/Lieberman campaign and, in December of 2004, was tapped as media advisor for the Edwards for President campaign from the Iowa  caucuses through Super Tuesday.


From 2004 through 2007, he served as Chief Creative Officer at Penn Schoen Berland & Associates overseeing creative advertising for accounts like Ford Motor Company, Dominion Energy and Merck.


Penczner has won awards in almost every area his work has touched including an Emmy, Cable ACE,    Dove Award, Addys and numerous Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants.

Nancy Donelson Penczner began her career in the news department of NBC’s WMCTV.


She then moved into public relations as Associate Director for the Memphis Film Tape Music Commission. In the early 90s, Nancy joined husband at Penczner Media overseeing production of all music video, commercial and political media projects including production coordination for both the Clinton-Gore campaign in 1996 and Gore-Lieberman campaign in 2000.


As executive producer for Penczner Media, Nancy is a favorite of both clients and production personnel.  “I cannot lie” she says “I love what I do.”  Her credits, in both the broadcast and corporate communications areas, include clients such as FedEx, Holiday Inns, Ford Motor Company, The Employment Guide, Juice Plus, Dominion Energy & The Boys & Girls Clubs.


Nancy attended Tulane University and holds a Masters Degree in Communications
